-- Think about what tools you are going to use to manage your calendar, invoicing, appointment scheduling and payments. Make notes in the workbook, and estimate your launch dates for implementing these tools.

-- Consider how you are going to manage price changes in your business and make notes on your thoughts in the workbook.

-- Create a list of your current or expected expenses

Once you have completed these action items, you’re ready to move on to Lesson 13.
