We’ve got you covered. Included in the cost of this course is a one-to-one 30-minute personal consult with your instructor, Stephanie Redcross West. Additionally, each week Stephanie will be available for a 30-minute group Q&A session, at which time any student taking the course (within 6 months of registering) can dial in to get their questions answered. For the Q&A sessions we recommend that you submit your question(s) in advance so you can be assured that Stephanie will have time to address it. Q&A session dates and times will be posted two weeks ahead of time so you can plan to be available if you want to get in on the call.

Here’s a breakdown of each module:
MODULE 1: Planning Your Future
We kick off module one with planning. Our goal here is to take an objective look at the type of consulting business you could build. We will examine the structure and numbers that will produce your success story. The purpose of this module is to help you not only see the bigger picture, but enable you to visualize the process and flow that we will help you to develop in this course so that you can make more money and help more people.
MODULES 2 & 3: Defining Your Offering & Scaling Up To Get Paid
The ultimate success of your consulting/coaching business is rooted in the way you offer your services. In these two modules, we will talk about how to develop a menu of services that will allow you to establish long-standing client relationships. For your business to flourish, your offerings should allow you to provide immediate help to your clients, as well as steady support over a period of months. By providing multiple levels of support you can help clients in different ways and be more impactful. However, as you increase your offerings, you must make sure it is easy for clients to book you. To facilitate this we will go over some key processes that can help you scale your business so you can be working with clients and booking new clients at the same time.
MODULE 4: Creating Sustainable Success With Tools & Channels That Work
To really make your business soar, you need to establish a repeatable approach to marketing. As a coach you likely wear a number of different hats on a daily basis, and this can make it challenging to stay focused on sustaining good marketing practices from week to week and month to month. But as you may have discovered, this is a huge detriment to the growth of a business. In this module we will explore the key tools that you can leverage to help you create consistency around your marketing efforts. By understanding the role each of these critical tools can play, and maybe even trying a few, you will be better positioned to make a decision in the coming modules on how you want to use each one as you establish your marketing formula.

In this module we roll up our sleeves and tackle the issue of how to create lasting change in the way you are finding new prospects and turning them into clients. The key to the financial independence you seek is in making your marketing tools work together. Here, we will take a look at the complete marketing formula you need in your business in order to succeed. Once you understand the formula, we will strategically pick and choose from the tools you learned about in module 4, and you will see how your marketing efforts will become a never-ending source for potential customers.
Module 6: Ready To Sell: Pulling It All Together
Now that you’ve learned about some key marketing tools, discussed your goals, and you understand what a sustainable marketing formula looks like, we need to review everything you’ve learned and turn it into a plan. This will be a document that outlines your approach for the next 12 months. You will have a few important decisions to make as you develop this comprehensive guide to help you book clients. Once you’ve created your draft plan, you will have the chance to review it during your 1-1 consult with your instructor, Stephanie Redcross West. This will give you the opportunity for personalized feedback so you can finalize your roadmap, and be well on your way to success!
MODULE 7: Leveraging Your Time: Getting It Done with Ease
This module is all about how to get things done. With a new plan, purpose and process in place, you will have an impressive list of to-do’s, but we don’t want you to get overwhelmed. Here we will discuss how you can leverage freelancers, partners -- and manage your own time -- to get things done efficiently and inexpensively.
MODULE 8: Moving Forward: Sharpening Your Expertise & Optimizing Your Results
This final module focuses on the importance of keeping your marketing, tools and approach fresh, and strategies for doing just that. Here you will learn how to keep this amazing process going -- because now that those wheels are turning, you don’t want them to stop! In addition, we will examine ways (and the whys) of ongoing work you can do to keep yourself at the forefront of your field.
